Ingredients

| 10 | oz. | Grilled Vegetables |
| 4 | oz. | Pizza Sauce |
| 4 | oz. | Bechamel |
| 6 | oz. | Radiatori Pasta, cooked |
| ½ | tsp. | Kosher salt and ground black pepper |
| ¼ | tsp. | Black pepper, ground |
| ⅛ | tsp. | Crushed red pepper |

Preparation
Do not use more than the specified crushed red pepper.
- In a large sauté pan, heat the oil over medium heat.
- Add the grilled vegetables and sauté for 1 minute, moving constantly.
- Add the pizza sauce and bechamel along with the pasta and heat through over medium heat.
- Add salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper and toss to mix.
- After the dish has been heated through, plate in the appropriate bowl, garnishing with the paremsan cheese.
- Serve immediately.
DINE-IN: Place on a Cardinal R 0848 round bowl, top with grated parmesan. cheese.
