Ingredients

2 tbsp. Oil, blended
10 oz. Grilled Vegetables
4 oz. Pizza Sauce
4 oz. Bechamel
6 oz. Radiatori Pasta, cooked
½ tsp. Kosher salt and ground black pepper
¼ tsp. Black pepper, ground
tsp. Crushed red pepper

Equipment

  • Saute pan
  • Tongs
  • Cheese grater
  • Foodservice globes

Preparation

Do not use more than the specified crushed red pepper.

  1. In a large sauté pan, heat the oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the grilled vegetables and sauté for 1 minute, moving constantly.
  3. Add the pizza sauce and bechamel along with the pasta and heat through over medium heat.
  4. Add salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper and toss to mix.
  5. After the dish has been heated through, plate in the appropriate bowl, garnishing with the paremsan cheese.
  6. Serve immediately.

DINE-IN: Place on a Cardinal R 0848 round bowl, top with grated parmesan. cheese.

TO-GO: Place in a Novelis Tuxedo P655 to-go container.
