Ingredients

6 oz. Parmesan Risotto (Cuisine Solutions)
1 tbsp. Basil Pesto
½ tsp. Lemon Zest
½ oz. Shaved Parmesan Cheese

Equipment

  • Spoon
  • Ramekin
  • Gloves

Preparation

1. Place 6 oz. of frozen risotto in an oven able 10 oz. ramekin.

2. Place in the Merry Chef oven. Settings: 475ºF, 30% fan, 100% microwave, for 2½ minutes.

3. After 1 minute 45 seconds, open the oven and stir the risotto.

4. Continue cooking for the remaining 45 seconds.

5. Stir in the pesto and lemon zest.

PLATING
DINE-IN: Place on a Cardinal R 0867 oval plate, top with shaved Parmesan.

TO-GO: Place in International Paper LFRFHP -12 white container, top with parmesan cheese, top with lid (International Paper DFR 12).
