Preparation
- Place 6 oz. of frozen risotto in an oven able 10 oz. ramekin.
- Place in the MerryChef oven. Settings: 475 degrees, 30% fan, 100% microwave, for 2½ minutes.
- After 1 minute 45 seconds, open the oven and stir the mushrooms into the risotto.
- Continue cooking for the remaining 45 seconds.
- After the reheat process is finished remove and serve immediately as shown below.
PLATING
DINE-IN: Place on a Cardinal R 0867 oval plate, top with shaved parmesan.
TO-GO: Place in International Paper LFRFHP -12 white container, top with parmesan cheese, top with lid (International Paper DFR 12).
