Ingredients

6 oz. Parmesan risotto (Cuisine Solutions)
2 oz. Sautéed garlic mushrooms
½ oz. Shaved parmesan cheese

Equipment

  • Spoon
  • Ramekin
  • Foodservice gloves

Preparation

  1. Place 6 oz. of frozen risotto in an oven able 10 oz. ramekin.
  2. Place in the MerryChef oven. Settings: 475 degrees, 30% fan, 100% microwave, for 2½ minutes.
  3. After 1 minute 45 seconds, open the oven and stir the mushrooms into the risotto.
  4. Continue cooking for the remaining 45 seconds.
  5. After the reheat process is finished remove and serve immediately as shown below.

PLATING
DINE-IN: Place on a Cardinal R 0867 oval plate, top with shaved parmesan.

TO-GO: Place in International Paper LFRFHP -12 white container, top with parmesan cheese, top with lid (International Paper DFR 12).
