Ingredients

4 oz. Radiattore pasta – cooked
4 oz. Béchamel sauce
½ oz. Panko crumb mix
2 oz. White cheddar cheese – shredded
1 ea. Side salad
1 oz. Ranch dressing

Equipment

  • Foodservice gloves
  • 4oz. spoodle
  • Paderno Tortiera Tonda 12cm pan

Preparation

  1. In a mixing bowl, mix the pasta, béchamel sauce and cheddar cheese.
  2. Place mixture in pan.
  3. Top with the crumb mixture.
  4. Place in the MerryChef: 475°F, 100% fan, 100% microwave for 1:10 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven.

PLATING
DINE-IN: Spray the Paderno Tortiera Tonda 12cm pan with flour bakery release spray. Place mixture in pan. Place on a 10" round plate. Serve with the Side Salad in the Cardinal Bowl R0850.

TO-GO: Place cover on Tuxedo 23 oz. oval oven-able container. Place cover on Tuxedo 23 oz. oval container with lid. Serve with the Side Salad in the International Paper White Cup LFRFHP 12.
