Ingredients

16 oz. Trio white sauce mix
1 gal. Water
1 qt. Heavy cream
1 tbsp. Black pepper

Preparation

  1. Bring the water to a rapid boil.
  2. Gradually add the contents of a 16 oz. bag of Trio White Sauce Mix to the boiling water.
  3. Stir briskly with a wire whip until smooth and thickened.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Add in the heavy cream and black pepper – mix well.
  6. Allow to cool, cover, label and refrigerate until needed.
