Equipment
- Pastry brush
- ½ hotel pan
- mesh screen
- spatula
- Foodservice gloves
Preparation
- Remove the rolls from the case and place on a lined ½ hotel pan.
- Let the rolls thaw for 10 minutes at room temperature.
- Brush the rolls with the olive oil.
- Sprinkle 2 tbsp. of the herb cheese blend on the top of the rolls.
- Place in the Merry Chef Oven. Setting: 475°F, 100% fan, 15% microwave for 1 minute 45 seconds.
- Remove from the oven and top with the remaining herb cheese blend.
- Place in a clean ½ hotel pan. Allow to cool then cover, label and hold for service.
