Ingredients

12 oz. French fries, cooked and well drained
#20 scoop Garlic butter

Equipment

  • Tongs
  • Portion scoop mixing bowl

Preparation

  1. Preheated 350°F fryer.
  2. Place fries into basket away from oil (ice particles should not be dropped into fryer).
  3. Fry until crisp and cooked through.
  4. Immediately place hot fries in medium stainless bowl and add one #20 scoop of garlic butter.
  5. Toss well, until butter is melted and fries are evenly coated with garlic and parsley.
  6. Serve as shown immediately.
