Ingredients
12 | oz. | French fries, cooked and well drained |
#20 | scoop | Garlic butter |
Equipment
- Tongs
- Portion scoop mixing bowl
Preparation
- Preheated 350°F fryer.
- Place fries into basket away from oil (ice particles should not be dropped into fryer).
- Fry until crisp and cooked through.
- Immediately place hot fries in medium stainless bowl and add one #20 scoop of garlic butter.
- Toss well, until butter is melted and fries are evenly coated with garlic and parsley.
- Serve as shown immediately.
