| 4 | oz. | Radiattore pasta – cooked |
| 4 | oz. | Béchamel sauce |
| ½ | oz. | Panko crumb mix |
| 2 | oz. | White cheddar cheese – shredded |
Equipment

- Paderno Tortiera Tonda 12cm pan
Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, mix the pasta, béchamel sauce and cheddar cheese.
- Top with the crumb mixture.
- Place in the Merry Chef: 475ºF, 100% fan, 100% microwave for 1:10 minutes.
- Remove from oven.
PLATING
DINE-IN: Spray the Paderno Tortiera Tonda 12cm pan with flour bakery release spray. Place mixture in pan. Place on a 10" round plate
TO-GO: Place in the Tuxedo 23 oz. oval oven-able container.
