Ingredients

4 oz. Radiattore pasta – cooked
4 oz. Béchamel sauce
½ oz. Panko crumb mix
2 oz. White cheddar cheese – shredded

Equipment

  • Bowl
  • Hotel pan
  • Foodservice gloves
  • Paderno Tortiera Tonda 12cm pan

Preparation

  1.  In a mixing bowl, mix the pasta, béchamel sauce and cheddar cheese.
  2. Top with the crumb mixture.
  3. Place in the Merry Chef: 475ºF, 100% fan, 100% microwave for 1:10 minutes. 
  4. Remove from oven.

PLATING
DINE-IN: Spray the Paderno Tortiera Tonda 12cm pan with flour bakery release spray. Place mixture in pan. Place on a 10" round plate

TO-GO: Place in the Tuxedo 23 oz. oval oven-able container.
