Rotisserie Chicken Sandwich

Ingredients

1 ea. Demi ciabatta
2 tbsp. Chipotle pesto
4 oz. Rotisserie chicken breast - sliced
2 slices Bacon
slices Pepper Jack cheese
6 slices Dill pickle
1 oz. Red Onion marmalade

Preparation

  1. Cut the ciabatta in half, lengthwise.
  2. Spread the pesto on both sides of the bread.
  3. On the bottom portion of the ciabatta, places the sliced chicken breast, top with the bacon and cheese.
  4. Place on MerryChef screen, place in oven with MerryChef spatula, cook in the MerryChef for 1 minute and 20 seconds. Setting: 475°F, 80% fan/40% microwave. Opened face with top portion of ciabatta face down.
  5. Remove from oven.
  6. Top sandwich with pickle slices and red onion marmalade.
  7. Top with top portion of ciabatta.

PLATING
DINE-IN: Place two picks in the sandwich, then in half diagonally. Place the sandwich on the Cardinal R 0864 oval plate.

TO-GO: Place sandwich in DublView bag 300090 and close. Seal with MADE Market round sticker.
