Preparation
- Cut the ciabatta in half, lengthwise.
- Spread the pesto on both sides of the bread.
- On the bottom portion of the ciabatta, places the sliced chicken breast, top with the bacon and cheese.
- Place on MerryChef screen, place in oven with MerryChef spatula, cook in the MerryChef for 1 minute and 20 seconds. Setting: 475°F, 80% fan/40% microwave. Opened face with top portion of ciabatta face down.
- Remove from oven.
- Top sandwich with pickle slices and red onion marmalade.
- Top with top portion of ciabatta.
PLATING
DINE-IN: Place two picks in the sandwich, then in half diagonally. Place the sandwich on the Cardinal R 0864 oval plate.
TO-GO:
Place sandwich in DublView bag 300090 and close. Seal with MADE Market round sticker.
