Roast Beef and Havarti Sandwich

Notes

Ingredients

1 ea. Ciabatta - square
1 tbsp. Ken’s Horseradish Cream
4 oz. Roast beef - sliced thin
1 slice Havarti cheese
1 slice Green leaf lettuce
2 slices Tomato - 6 x 6
3 ea. Red onion - ring

Equipment

Preparation

  1. Cut the ciabatta in half – horizontally.
  2. Spread the horseradish cream on the inside of both sides of the bread.
  3. Place the ciabatta bottom on the cutting board.
  4. Top the roll bottom with the roast beef.
  5. Place the cheese on the roast beef.
  6. Place top of roll next to sandwich on Merry Chef pan.
  7. Place the sandwich on the mesh screen, then using the spatula, place in the Merry Chef. Settings: 475°F, 100% air and 40% microwave for 1 minute 20 seconds.
  8. Remove the sandwich from the oven and rest for 30 seconds.
  9. Top the cheese with the lettuce, tomato and onions.
  10. Close the sandwich.

PLATING
DINE-IN: Place the sandwich on the Cardinal R 0864 oval plate as shown below. Place two picks in the sandwich – then cut in half, diagonally.

TO-GO: Place sandwich in DublView 300090 bag and close as shown below. Seal with MADE Market round sticker.
