Preparation
- Cut the brioche roll in half – horizontally.
- Open the roll, place the bottom on the cutting board.
- Place BBQ Chicken on the bottom roll, place this and top of roll (top side down) on MerryChef pan.
- Cook in MerryChef for 1 minute and 20 seconds. Settings: 475°F 100% fan / 40% microwave).
- Remove the sandwich from the oven, top the chicken with the sweet onion marmalade.
- Place the top of the roll on the chicken, pick the sandwich to hold it together.
PLATING
DINE-IN: Place sandwich on the Cardinal R 0864 oval plate.
TO-GO: Wrap sandwich with the Euro Craft Sandwich Wrap 300897 and place in large brown paper bag.
