Ingredients
3 | ea. | Apple bundt muffins |
2 | oz. | French toast batter |
1 | tsp. | Butter, divided into thirds |
5 | slices | Flame-roasted apples, thawed |
4 | tbsp. | Salted caramel sauce |
⅛ | tsp. | Powdered sugar |
Equipment
- Nonstick pan
- Rubber spatula
- 4 oz. Spoodle
- Foodservice gloves
Preparation
- Dip muffins in french toast batter, be sure to drain batter from bundt opening.
- Place on non-stick MerryChef pan.
- Place in the MerryChef: 1 minute 30 seconds at 100% Fan, 25% Microwave.
- When prompted, add butter into the center of each muffin, then add the apples.
- Cook for an additional 30 seconds at 100% Fan, 100% Microwave.
- Remove from the oven.
DINE-IN
- Place muffins on Cardinal R0864 Oval Plate.
- Pour 1 tbsp caramel sauce in each muffin opening.
- Top with heated apples.
- Drizzle remaining tbsp caramel syrup on top.
- Dust with powdered sugar.

- Place muffins in the pan.
