Ingredients

3 ea. Apple bundt muffins
2 oz. French toast batter
1 tsp. Butter, divided into thirds
5 slices Flame-roasted apples, thawed
4 tbsp. Salted caramel sauce
tsp. Powdered sugar

Equipment

  • Nonstick pan
  • Rubber spatula
  • 4 oz. Spoodle
  • Foodservice gloves

Preparation

  1. Dip muffins in french toast batter, be sure to drain batter from bundt opening.
  2. Place on non-stick MerryChef pan.
  3. Place in the MerryChef: 1 minute 30 seconds at 100% Fan, 25% Microwave.
  4. When prompted, add butter into the center of each muffin, then add the apples.
  5. Cook for an additional 30 seconds at 100% Fan, 100% Microwave.
  6. Remove from the oven.

DINE-IN

  1. Place muffins on Cardinal R0864 Oval Plate.
  2. Pour 1 tbsp caramel sauce in each muffin opening.
  3. Top with heated apples.
  4. Drizzle remaining tbsp caramel syrup on top.
  5. Dust with powdered sugar.
